FSBO listings are a very different type of seller. They are typically very independent and, generally speaking, they are reluctant to place their trust in Real Estate Agents.

theBigRedArrow doesn’t “steal” this lead from Realtors, these home owners have already chosen to sell their home on their own. theBigRedArrow assists them in selling their home by providing signs, flyers, internet advertising, legal forms etc. Throughout this process, we are able to build a relationship with the home owner and build their trust.

Not every homeowner that attempts to sell their home on their own is successful. theBigRedArrow does not require a contract; this means that the homeowner has the option of listing with a Real Estate Agent at any time. Quite often, the homeowner asks us for a referral to a Realtor that we feel would take good care of them.

This is where you come in! theBigRedArrow is looking for a few realtors that we can share some business with. We would like to get to know you and your business practices so that we may send some of our leads your way. Leads don’t get any hotter than theBigRedArrow leads! These sellers have already tried it on their own and they have asked to be referred to someone we trust.

We do ask that you consider using our selected title agency and Consumers’ Choice Mortgage on these transactions. theBigRedArrow does not charge for their services. The only means by which we can recoup our costs is by obtaining title and/or loan work from our listings. We DO NOT require our sellers to use Downtown Title Agency or Consumers’ Choice Mortgage and obviously we cannot require that of you. We are simply hoping to form relationships that can be mutually beneficial for all parties involved.
